1. All photos must be owned by you.
2. All photos must be of legal nature....ie: no porn, no drugs etc....
3. All photos must be uploaded to the site from your PC in the desired size format and in no way be linked to another site. Meaning do not try to link a photo you have on another site. IT WILL BE DELETED! Using image tags to post pics from your gallery is allowed. If you have a questions please contact a staff member.
4. If for any reason you cannot upload to the site or wish not to then a photo hosting site can be used. ie: photobucket, tinypic, imageshack. These site host the pics and are not direct links that can cause trouble.
5. Photos put on the site can be removed edited, etc without prior warning. Always have a backup of your pics! The site is not responsable for lost photos.
6. You must be an active member in good standing to use the gallery. Members must have a minimum of 50 posts and have not abused any feature on the site. Admin has final say on access and can make final decisions with or without the 50 post count.
7. ANY member found abusing this or not abiding by the rules for the gallery will have their gallery deleted and possible other actions, including being banned from this site.
8. Any galleries that the owner becomes inactive for long periods of time will be deleted out. This will not affect membership at that time.
9. Any questions, ASK! Do not assume you can figure it out........
Sorry if any of this seems harsh, but please realize that this is all with good reason. We have had issues with our host and they have a zero tolerance policy with us now.
